With your data, we can then tell you about your Body Mass Index (BMI), calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and provide recommendations on your daily calorie intake. If that wasn’t enough, we can then help you split those calories into recommended Macronutrients e.g. Fats, Carbs and Proteins.
